1. About Promptly

Promptly is an independent AI education platform. We provide connected learning bundles, individual courses, lessons, practical exercises, learner guides, missions, reusable prompts, comparisons, AI-assisted learning features, and bundle certificates. Promptly is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the AI companies we teach about.

2. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and remain responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@promptlyacademy.online of unauthorized use.

3. Free access and paid bundles

Promptly includes a free AI Fundamentals.

Promptly’s current paid learner offer is based on one-time bundle purchases rather than recurring monthly or annual subscriptions. A paid bundle unlocks the courses and learner resources included in that bundle. Complete Promptly unlocks the premium bundles included in the Complete Promptly offer.

Prices and included content are shown on the pricing and bundle pages before purchase. Payment may be handled manually or by a connected payment provider. Access is granted after payment is verified.

4. Access and entitlements

The AI Fundamentals is free. premium bundle access depends on a verified one-time purchase, Complete Promptly ownership, or a valid historical entitlement. purchased bundle access is intended to remain available without a recurring renewal while your account remains in good standing and subject to these Terms.

We may restrict direct course or lesson URLs when the containing bundle is not part of your account access.

5. Certificates

New completion certificates are awarded at the bundle level after all required courses and completion requirements in that bundle are satisfied. Historical course certificates already issued may remain valid and verifiable.

6. AI-assisted features

Promptly may include AI-assisted tools such as Pip, prompt tools, and other guided features. Usage limits may apply. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated, and you remain responsible for reviewing important information.

7. Educational purpose

Promptly is provided for educational purposes. We do not guarantee employment, grades, income, business results, or the accuracy of third-party AI tools. Your use of third-party AI products remains subject to their own terms.

8. Your content

You may create prompts, notes, exercise responses, mission submissions, and similar content ("Your Content"). You retain ownership of Your Content and grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, store, and display it to provide the Service.

9. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and respectfully. Misuse may result in restriction, suspension, or termination. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.

10. Intellectual property

Promptly’s courses, lessons, guides, prompts, designs, branding, and other proprietary materials are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, scrape, redistribute, resell, or re-license Promptly content except as expressly permitted.

11. Suspension and account termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or create material risk or harm. You may close your account at any time.

12. Changes to the Service and pricing

We may modify features, bundle contents, availability, or future pricing. Material changes will be communicated where reasonable. Changes do not create recurring charges for an existing one-time bundle purchase.

13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

14. Governing law
